Founder: Clay Fouts

Clay Fouts founded West USA Realty in 1986 offering a solution for top producers to gather with other top producers in a productivity specific environment where the broker provides the highest level of support, services, and technology while offering highest compensation packages. "There is nothing more important than having a designated broker who is willing to fight for your money", said Mr. Fouts. Prior to becoming a REALTOR Clay spent years in the financial planning business as a licensed principal within NASD and SEC.

CEO/President: Clint Fouts

Clint Fouts took over operations of West USA Realty in 2013 and became President in January 2015. Clint's is a visionary leader who focuses on strategic planning and the bottom line. Merging his acumen with the ability to surround himself with talented leadership has proven to be the backbone of West USA's continuous ranking in the top brokerages in the United States. Currently, West USA Realty ranks as the 14th Highest Production Brokerage in the Nation (RisMedia/RealTrends).

Chief Operating Officer: Todd C. Menard

Todd Menard became COO of West USA Realty in 2013. He has been a licensed Arizona real estate broker since 1995 with extensive experience in C-level brokerage operations and superior bottom-line responsibilities. Additional experience includes risk management, brokerage policies and procedures, corporate core values, establishing productivity specific workplace environments, continuing education and professional development programs, mentoring and consulting. Todd also has significant sales achievements including having developed one of the top 15 real estate teams in the country with annual production in excess of $30 Million. He was President of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS in 2012, and has been a member of the Boards of Directors for AAR and NAR, including numerous committees. Designated Broker: Duane P Fouts

A professional Real Estate Broker with a record of success in management, coaching, training and creative problem-solving. Established ability to drive revenue growth, resolve conflict, and consistently exceed office and recruiting goals. Real Estate - Proven ability to recognize and capitalize on market trends and bottom-line responsibility for strategic planning, pricing, market research and forecasting. Management - Duane possesses significant industry involvement as Past President of Arizona Association of REALTORS and the Phoenix Association of REALTORS. Duane was Owner-Operator of Dan Schwartz Realty and Above and Beyond Realty. His many years of managerial and operational experience validates his integrity and character. Communication - Persuasive communicator with well-developed multi-media presentations skills and extensive experience public speaking and training."

Director Commercial Division: Tarja "Tadia" Panfil

Since 1980’s Tadia has owned & managed small to medium sized companies in various industries including retail, automotive, restaurant as well as an international investment consulting business with 7 European offices and US branch. She has been involved with commercial real estate since 2001 and handling complex transactions in retail, office, industrial and land sectors. She joined West USA in 2014 and her focus on detail and in-depth knowledge of various real estate markets and business sectors have made her a trusted resource for clients and agents. Tadia became the director of West USA commercial division in 2017 and has been an integral part developing networking and continued education for the CRE agents. In addition to leading the commercial division, Tadia also works as a CRE broker being landlord/tenant rep and seller’s/buyer’s broker in retail, office and industrial sectors.
